Little House in the Big Woods is the first book in the Little House series. In this book, Laura, Mary, Ma, Pa, Baby Carrie and their cat Black Susan and their dog Jack have fun and listen to many stories, go to a party where they eat maple syrup, and play in the snow in winter. I would highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to read a good book on a cozy evening.
